The space

Indoor: open space living area, one bathroom with shower, kitchen (with fridge/freeze, electric oven, microwave), two double bedrooms (the bigger one has one additional bed suitable for a child up to 16 years) on a raised floor accessible from the living room with en-suite bathrooms with shower and double sink. An internal staircase leads to the lower floor: two double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms with shower.

Outdoor: cascading swimming pool (17m x 4.50 m - depth 1.20m to 1.20m) with sun beds and umbrellas, a relaxing area with stone benches and outdoor shower.

Facilities: BBQ, air-conditioning (living area), dishwasher, washing machine, library, all bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning system, LCD TV, four safes, electric shutters, mosquito net, satellite decoder, stereo, remote controlled gates, alarm system, two outdoor showers, car parking not covered.
