The space

The villa develops over two levels and 200 sq.m. The two levels are not interconnected from the inside and can be accessed externally only.

On the ground floor, we find a living room with open plan kitchen one double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower, two bedrooms with French beds both with en-suite bathrooms with shower.

External stairs take us up to the first floor where we find a large covered terrace with table and chairs, a second living room with double sofa bed and open plan kitchen. The sleeping area consists of one twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower, one bedroom with French bed with en-suite bathroom with shower, one double bedroom with adjacent bathroom with shower.

Outside, set within the 1000 sq.m garden, we find the very large and private swimming pool (20x10m; open from April 1 to November 1) with sun loungers and hydromassage corner, and the external barbecue area with seating.

Facilities: air conditioning in all rooms, Wi-Fi Internet, satellite TV, barbecue, electric oven, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, hairdryer, private parking. Small pets allowed.
