Villa Venetia (460 sqm) consists of a main villa and six independent bedrooms.
In the main villa you will find a large living room with glass doors leading onto the garden, a sitting area (with sofas) and a dining area (with two tables and chairs). Next to the living room you will find a spacious well-equipped kitchen (with a large table and chairs) and there is an office area (with armchairs and writing desks) and two bathrooms (with toilet).
The sleeping area consists of six independent bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms with shower. There are three triple bedrooms (with double bed and single sofa bed), one triple bedroom (with double bed and single bed), one double bedroom (with double bed) and one two-roomed bedroom suite with one triple bedroom (with double bed and sofa bed) and one double bedroom (with double bed). Five of the bedrooms have a kitchenette (with a fridge).
Outside, we find a garden which features a private swimming pool (7m x 14m; depth 1.37m; open 1 June – 30 September) with a sun terrace (with sun loungers and umbrellas). Near the pool is a gazebo (with outdoor sofas and a table) and two outdoor showers, and by the villa, there is a shady dining area (with table for 10 people). You will also find a barbecue area and parking (for ten cars).
