The space

Villa Daria (365 sqm) develops over two levels.

On the ground floor, you will find a large living room with dining area (with table and chairs), a sitting area (with fireplace and double sofa bed), a well-equipped kitchen (with table and chairs) and a laundry. In the sleeping area, you will find two double bedrooms (with double beds), one twin bedroom (with bunk beds), one bathroom (with shower) and two bathrooms (with toilet).

The basement level is dedicated to hobbies and entertainment. Here, you will find a private gym (with multi-gym and cardio machines), a games arcade (with flippers and 80’s video games), table-football, table tennis, a billiards/pool table, a bar area and a cinema room. On this level, you will also find one double bedroom (with double bed) with ensuite bathroom (with shower).
