The space

Casa Rododendro (90 sqm) develops over one level. The house shares a driveway (with electronic gate) with the house next door, and you enter the property through a large veranda that runs along two sides of the house.

Inside, you will find a large living/dining room with a sitting area (with sofa, fireplace, and TV) and a dining area (with dining table). The living room leads to a well-equipped kitchen (including an oven and toaster) and a bathroom (with shower).

In the sleeping area, you will find one double bedroom (with double bed), one twin/double bedroom (with two single beds that can be joined together to form a double bed), one twin/double bedroom (with single bed and single pull-out bed that can be joined together to form a double bed) and one bathroom (with shower).

Outside, the villa has a garden and two verandas (with tables for outdoor dining), a barbecue and sun loungers. There is also an outdoor shower and a parking space in the driveway which is shared with the adjacent villa.
