The space

Villa Florina (400 sqm) develops over one level.

The living area features a generous lounge area (with comfortable sofas, TV, and football table). Adjacent to this space is a welcoming dining room for enjoying meals together, and the well-equipped kitchen features a table for casual dining and meal preparation. Additionally, a convenient guest bathroom includes a laundry corner (with washing machine and dryer).

In the sleeping area, you will find four double bedrooms (with king size beds) and a versatile double/twin bedroom equipped with two single beds that can be arranged separately or pushed together to form a double. Each bedroom includes a wardrobe for storage and an ensuite bathroom (with shower).

Outside, the garden features a private swimming pool measuring 12 m in length and 1.5 m in depth. The pool is open from Easter to the end of October) and includes a paved area furnished with sun loungers for relaxation and sunbathing. The outside area also includes an outdoor dining area (with table seating 10 guests), a lounge area, and a barbecue for alfresco meals together. Additionally, covered parking for four cars ensures, convenience and security for guests’ vehicles.
