Inside the villa, you will find a living area with a single sofa bed, a dining table (seating 6), a TV and well-equipped kitchen area.

The sleeping area consists of two double bedrooms, each equipped with a double bed and an ensuite bathroom featuring a shower. Additionally, there is a twin/double bedroom furnished with two single beds, and a separate bathroom (with shower).

Outside, the villa has a spacious garden (9,000 sqm) and a private swimming pool (5.5 x 13.5 m; 1.5 m deep) with hydromassage and a sunbathing terrace. Other facilities include alfresco dining areas, a barbecue and convenient onsite parking.
