The space

The villa develops over 2 floors and an area of 200 square meters.

The ground floor is composed of a large living room with dining corner, sofas and TV area, a well equipped kitchen (with dishwasher, oven, double fridge and other small appliances), a laundry closet with washing machine, dryer, fridge, freezer. On this floor, there are also a double and a single bedroom, both with en-suite bathrooms with shower and air conditioning.

The first floor offers two bedrooms: one twin and one double, both with en-suite bathrooms with shower. The double bedroom's bathroom also has a bath tub. This floor has access to a large terrace.

Via a short staircase, we reach the annex with one double bedroom, a bathroom with shower and another room with 2 beds. A small kitchen equipped with fridge. The annex is equipped with air conditioning, a small patio with sofa, treadmill and an outdoor shower.

Outdoor, on the ground level, we have three large porches, one with an outdoor kitchen (with appliances, dishwasher, oven), furniture, a dining table. The other two are equipped with sofas and armchairs. From the ground level, via a staircase, we can reach the private swimming pool (5x10m) with sun lounges. Parking is provided within the property.
