On the ground floor we find the large living area with large sofa corner, another 2 seater sofa and armchairs by a fireplace, and dining corner. From here, we access the kitchen which is well-equipped with modern appliances. There is one double bedroom, one bedroom with single bed and one separate bathroom with bath tub.

On the first floor, we have one double bedroom, one twin bedroom and one separate bathroom with shower.

On the lower level, we find the entertainment area: a large room with kitchen, bar, sofa, fireplace and billiard table. There is one double bedroom and one bathroom with shower as well.

Outside, the villa offers 2000 sq.m garden with a large private swimming pool (12x6m; 1.2 – 1.65m deep; open from March 1st to November 30th; sweet water purified with chlorine) surrounded by sun lounges. The large covered terrace with comfortable seating, table and chairs for al-fresco dining is perfect for those outdoor times.
