The space

Villa Terranova (400m2) offers sea views and is split over two levels:

From the main entrance you will be entering into the open plan modern style living room featuring a small sofa, an open staircase leading to the first floor, a guest bathroom with WC, lounge area with TV and larger sofa, a dining room with table and chairs and a fully equipped kitchen. The main space overlooks the pergola where outdoor dining is available as well as a laundry area.

On the first floor: there is a master double room with en-suite bathroom with shower and the room has its own balcony (20m2). There are two more bedrooms (one double with en-suite shower and one twin room). Each room has air conditioning, TV and wi-fi internet.

Next to the main house there is an annex offering extra accommodation with one double room, shower room, a dressing room and a dining area.

The outdoor area consists of a swimming pool (17m x 7.5m depth from 1.40 to 4m with Roman steps) offering sea views. There are sun loungers, pergola with outdoor garden furniture and well maintained garden. You will also find a tennis court and parking space onsite.
