The space

Villa Carezza is a charming and well-appointed retreat, perfect for up to six guests. The villa exudes warmth with its terracotta tile floors and dark wood-beam ceilings, creating a cosy and inviting atmosphere. The spacious living area features an equipped kitchen, a dining area, and a plush sofa where you can unwind while watching TV or listening to music.

The sleeping quarters consist of three bedrooms: two with king-size beds and a third with bunk beds, making it an ideal setup for families or groups of friends. A large shared bathroom includes a shower and washing machine for your convenience.

The villa boasts expansive outdoor spaces brimming with vibrant colours and delightful fragrances from a variety of plants. The inviting swimming pool is a perfect retreat on warm days, offering a refreshing escape. Surrounded by a stone-tiled terrace, the pool area is complemented by sun loungers where guests can relax and soak up the sun after a leisurely swim. The swimming pool size is 6 x 3 meters, 1.40 meters deep.

The villa's furnished veranda, equipped with a dining table and comfortable sofas, provides a stunning vantage point to admire the breath-taking views of the coastline and surrounding mountains. Thanks to the villa's exceptional location, cool late-afternoon and evening breezes create a pleasant atmosphere even during the hottest months. This makes it an ideal spot to unwind, savour a glass of wine, and share special moments while watching the sunset and marvelling at the panoramic beauty of the coast.
