The space

Villa Fresia is a delightful property that accommodates large groups, families, or corporate retreats. Its timeless charm is highlighted by terra-cotta tiled floors and rustic wood beams that lend an authentic touch to its character.

The villa's bright and spacious living area includes a dining space, an equipped kitchen complete with a refrigerated wine cellar, and a comfortable lounge. A generous corridor leads to the sleeping quarters, which feature six queen bedrooms, all offering enchanting views of the sea and the lush garden. Each bedroom boasts traditional handmade tile floors and shares access to four well-appointed bathrooms with showers.
Additionally, a separate external annex houses a seventh double bedroom with a queen bed and an ensuite bathroom, providing extra privacy for guests.

Outside, a majestic carob tree offers shade for al fresco dining or a peaceful nap in the comfortable hammock beneath its branches. The villa's spacious lounge opens onto a magnificent covered terrace, perfect for relaxation and entertainment. Guests can unwind on cushioned lounge seating, soak up the sun on the loungers, or gather in the thoughtfully designed outdoor area. This includes a dining area, a barbecue, a relaxing lounge, and a yoga space.
The private swimming pool (7 x 4.5 meters, 1.40 meters deep; open from March 1st to November 30th) and a luxurious Jacuzzi are surrounded by lush greenery, offering the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy the serene ambience of Villa Fresia.
