Villa Aconito (400 sqm) develops over three levels.

On the ground floor, there is a large well-equipped kitchen and a combined living and dining room featuring a large sofa, TV, and a dining table that seats eight. Additionally, you'll find one bedroom with 2 single beds (which can be made into a double), two bathrooms (one with shower, the other just with toilet and sink), laundry area with washing machine and dryer.

On the first floor includes a living room featuring a sofa and a fireplace, a study area, and a double bedroom with a double bed. Additionally, there is a bathroom equipped with a double sink, shower, jacuzzi bathtub and toilet.

On the second floor, there is one quadruple bedroom with a double bed and two single beds (that can be joined to form a double), as well as a bathroom equipped with a shower.

On the property, there is an annex featuring a Finish sauna, shower room, barbecue area and dining area.

Outside, the villa boasts a large garden filled with vibrant flowers and aromatic plants. A private swimming pool (depth of 1.5 metres, available for use from May 1 to September 30). The pool area is equipped with sun loungers and umbrellas. Additionally, there is an outdoor shower, a spacious patio furnished with tables and chairs, and garage parking is available on the property for guests arriving by car.
