A car is not needed to stay at this apartment but if you do have a car, you will be benefit from discounted prices at a nearby car park (reservation required).

Casa Nuceria (80 sqm) is a first-floor apartment which develops over one level.

Inside the apartment, you will find a bright, open plan living room furnished with a sofa, coffee table, dining table (for 4 people) and a well-equipped kitchen area. From the living room, guest can access a spacious terrace.

In the sleeping quarters, there is a twin bedroom (with two single beds convertible to a double upon request, and TV) featuring an ensuite bathroom (equipped with a shower cubicle, washbasin, bidet, and toilet). Additionally, there is a double bedroom (with a double bed, TV, air conditioning, and heating) and a separate bathroom (with a shower cubicle, washbasin, bidet, and toilet).

Outside, a generous terrace awaits, furnished with a table and chairs for your enjoyment.

Kindly be aware that on occasion, the owner may need to pass through your terrace to reach her home, located next door.
