The space

Adjacent to the living room, you will find a well-equipped kitchen with a table and a small private balcony overlooking the garden. On this level, there is also a bathroom with a shower, washbasin, bidet, toilet and washing machine.

An internal staircase consisting of 15 steps leads from the ground floor to the first floor. Here, you will find three double bedrooms, each featuring a double bed, TV, and air conditioning. Additionally, there is one bathroom with a shower, washbasin, bidet, and toilet.
