We had good communication with Christina up until our arrival and then communicated with Leonardo who was available all week. We had some trouble with our warm water one day and Leonardo was very quick to respond and fix the issue for us! The location was very nice with a beach within just a couple of minutes walking distance. Restaurants were generally something we had to drive to but there were alright restaurants around! Our favorite excursion was probably to Noto which was about a 30 minute drive from the house where we strolled the city and ate tasty lunches. We also attended a wine tasting close to Noto which was about 40 minutes from the house. The pool was clean, big, and nice! We ate breakfast outside every morning and a few dinners as well! We also barbecued where coal was provided for us. It worked very well and turned out great! The kitchen isn’t the biggest but was well equipped for cooking for seven. We had a lovely stay at Christina’s house, would book again!

This is the most beautiful place we've ever stayed at! And we've been all over the world. It's so much bigger, beautiful and secluded/private than we anticipated. We didn't even wanna leave the property on most days and just enjoyed our time at the pool. What a luxury to have such a big pool and park all to ourselves. The hosts were friendly and very responsive. We got great recommendations for restaurants. We were a group of 6 adults and 1 baby and really enjoyed having so many lounge and seating options to choose from, big dining tables and options to sit in the shade as well. That's great attention to detail and not common for most accommodations. Everything was clean and very well kept. Playing tennis was really fun. We were there in late September and it was hot enough to swim everyday, a little windy but barely any mosquitos. We highly recommend this place!!

The villa was as the photos showed, however the golden nugget of this property is the vast outdoor space. The pool is large and there are a number of areas where you can sit and relax. Fountains came on in the evening and the kids had plenty of room to run around outside and play football. The host was Uber responsive and they even gave some cookies for the kids when we checked out. The beautiful sandy beach with stunning sunsets is just a 5 minute walk, as was a pizzeria. We felt so relaxed we didn’t end up going on excursions that we considered at the beginning of the holiday. I’ve already told so many people about this place and we’re hoping to return. HIGHLY recommend!

Had a fantastic week at Christina's residence. It has a fantastic and well kept (park-like) front yard that looks really exclusive and makes you feel as if you were in a movie. The pool and tennis court was well kept and provided lots of fun for the whole family. I can highly recommend this residence for those looking to experience some Italian luxery with a good host.

We really enjoyed our stay, everyone we interacted with was so helpful and accommodating, thank you for a lovely holiday!

Tack för en fantastisk vecka i ett boende som passade oss perfekt, tre generationer med sex barn i ålder 1,5- 16 år, vi uppskattade den fina polen, stora lekytor och närheten till stranden. Alla måltider avnjöt vi under pergolan vid grill och utekök.

Wow, incredible property like having our own resort. The sliding doors open up on 3 sides allowing us to interact with the kids inside while we were lounging by the pool . We played tennis at night using the outdoor lighting. We also thought the 2 Fountains were beautiful at night along with the pool all lit up. The hosts responded quickly to all our requests. There is a nearby restaurant that has delicious pizza. The beach was a 3- 5 minute walk on a nearly empty street and it's stretched 6km or about 3.5 miles walking. The water was shallow a long way out and easy for our 3 and 5 year old to enter. The beach was clean and quiet during our stay. The Pool on property was perfectly clean and very large. We never wanted to leave and wished we had booked this magnificent AirBnb for a month rather than 8 nights. We choose to stay on property and cancelled some of our planned excursions as we had everything we could want. We felt like celebrities with our private resort.

Wir waren mit zwei Familien (4 Erwachsene, 4 Kinder von 6-12 Jahre) zwei Wochen in dem Haus. Das Haus ist ordentlich, sauber und gepflegt. Es bietet ausreichend Platz und Komfort für 8 Personen. Herausragend ist die parkähnliche Aussenanlage. Diese ist toll angelegt und bietet sehr viel Platz, Sitzmöglichkeiten und eine wunderbar gemütliche Grillecke. Der große Pool mit umlaufender Terrasse führt dazu, dass man versucht ist, das Gelände kaum zu verlassen. Der Tennisplatz ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, bieten aber viel Platz zum Tennis oder Fussball spielen. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und bemüht. Fußläufig in 5 Minuten ist ein kleiner Minimarkt mit Brötchen am Morgen und der ganz hübsche Sandstrand zu erreichen. Supermärkte sind in etwa 10-15 Minuten mit dem Auto in Pozallo zu erreichen. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt, die Kinder hatten viel Spaß und wir würden es erneut buchen, wenn wir nochmal im Süd-Osten Siziliens Urlaub machen wollten.

We had a great stay at the villa Piazza! The villa has a grand garden, including fountains, a BBQ spot with bar, a very nice swimming pool and even a tennis court. Plenty of room to enjoy your holiday and to relax. The villa was perfect for our group, having a separate bathroom with each bedroom. The villa was really beyond our expectations. Furthermore, the beach is only a short walk. Looking back, we really had a wonderful time at Villa Piazza and we will definitely come back one day.

Vi hadde et fantastisk opphold i denne villaen. Perfekt for to familier med barn, med sine 4 soverom og tilhørende bad. Uteplassen er helt enestående. Stort og deilig svømmebasseng, fin utendørs spisegruppe og en tennisbane som utfordret både store og små. 3 minutter å gå til havet. Den nærliggende caféen Casa Rosa har noen deilige småretter til for eksempel lunsj, men ellers anbefales det å ha bil for å komme seg rundt til andre restauranter/butikker. Hyggelig og behjelpelig vertskap. Vi anbefaler dette stedet på det varmeste, og håper vi får anledning til å komme tilbake igjen en annen gang!

We verbleven met 2 families in het huis, de faciliteiten Van het terrein zijn geweldig en het huis was uitgerust met van alles wat je nodig hebt. Er zit alleen niet veel in de buurt qua faciliteiten maar een Ontzettende aanrader is Ristorante I Due Re!

A fantastic villa that I can highly recommend. The place is way bigger that the photos show and the outside facilities are first class. A great pool. lovely tennis court for those who want some activities and the bbq/outdoor kitchen area we used every day. A fab place to cook some lovely produce sourced at the local markets. The house itself is comfy and clean. The bedrooms and bathrooms were spotless. A place we'd be very happy to return to.

We had a great stay in Villa Piazza. We were two families travelling together and everybody had a great time. The villa was very clean and well kept with great facilities. We enjoyed being so close to the local beach. Hope to come back again

We had a great time in this amazing villa. We had a lot of space. Everything was clean. The pool is big and the beach is 5 minutes away by walking. I would recommend a rental car, because there is not that much in the area. Thank you for a great vacation. 🙂

Villa (house itself): The House itself was really clean, well equipped and nicely furnished. Everything worked properly. Court/ Garden: Stunning… The pictures on AirBnb look good, but we where really surprised by how big and beautiful the estate really is! Everything is really clean (also the pool), undamaged, well maintained and just looks really good! We really enjoyed spending our time there. Hosts: The local hosts are pleasantly uncomplicated and friendly. They even left us some kind of "food starter kit" (Pasta, sauce, onions, fresh fruits etc.) for our arrival.

Heel mooi huis, met name de grond en tuin om het huis is fantastisch. We waren met z’n tienen, twee extra bedden voor de kinderen konden worden bijgezet. 4 slaapkamers en badkamer ensuite, erg prettig. Het zwembad was goed onderhouden, de kinderen hebben er van genoten. We miste alleen wat kussentjes voor het tuinmeubilair.

This house has amazing outdoor facilities . The pool and grounds are great . Inside it’s clean and not fussy All bedrooms with there own bathrooms . Local fish restaurants are delicious. Great exploring to be had . Thanks our first taste of Sicily Anita and friends .
