The house is also an excellent base for exploring the beautiful surrounding areas: from the close historic centre of Cefalù to the other quaint villages in the Madonie Park, to Palermo, Monreale and S. Stefano di Camastra, renowned for its tradition of ceramic making.
Designed in a cosy and modern style, the villa (180 sq.m) develops over three levels.
On the ground floor we find a bright living room with French doors that open onto the terrace, a kitchen, one double bedroom, one bedroom with French bed (suitable for one adult or 2 children) and one bathroom with shower.
On the first floor, there is a further double bedroom (King sized bed) and a bathroom with shower.
On the lower floor, with direct access to the outside, a lounge with fireplace, one bathroom with shower and a laundry room.
Outside, there is a beautiful veranda (100 sq.m) with comfortable seating, sun lounges and umbrellas.

E stata una bella vacanza.
La casa è molto bella e arredata con gusto e mobili sia interni che esterni di qualità.Il personale dell'accoglienza ed in particolare la signora Claudia è stato attento e e molto disponibile. La casa è molto silenziosa e circondata da un giardino molto bello. Il mare e' vicino si accede tramite una scalinata di una quarantina di gradini ad una piccola spiaggia Unica difficoltà è l'ingresso in acqua per la presenza di grossi scogli piatti che si trovano a riva e quindi per bambini e persone più anziane o con disabilità questo puo' essere un problema. Un po'piu' distante ma raggiungibile a piedi via spiaggia c'è una zona piu sabbiosa il cui accesso in acqua è relativamente più semplice.
Semplicemente splendida. Un grazie di cuore anche alla proprietà per le mille attenzioni.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in der Villa Nettuno und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es ist ein wunderschönes Haus, mit gepflegtem Garten - mit Blick auf`s Meer und dem kleinen Zugang zur Bucht - alles so wie beschrieben. Gestern konnten wir unkompliziert auchecken.
