The house develops over one floor only and it offers a bright and airy living room, a modern kitchen to the left, one double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower, one twin bedroom with fixed bed frames (better suited for children) and another separate bathroom with shower.
The exterior is the main attraction of the house, with sea views terrace, equipped with dining area, lounging area, sun lounges in the green grass garden, barbecue and external shower. A veranda, extending from the lounge, creates a harmonious continuum between the interior and exterior of the villa. The veranda leads into the living area and through to the kitchen and to both bedrooms.

Thanks for making our stay truly special. Rarely have we met someone so helpful, kind, responsive, everything felt lovely and smooth and easy. Federica made us feel at home straight away. We made a promise to ourselves that we would come back to the villa where our family has been most happy.
The house exceeded our families expectations and Federica was so helpful with her recommendations for local eateries and destinations. The house is the perfect location for a small family to enjoy Sicily. It is close to all the most beautiful beaches, Baroque towns and truly offers a chic space to relax and unwind on vacation.
E’ una casetta con una posizione su scogli invidiabile ma per avere una piena valutazione dovrebbe essere migliorata in alcuni punti fondamentali dato anche il costo elevato: Una disinfestazione da formiche poiché eravamo invasi anche nel frigorifero e sul letto ed abbiamo una casa al mare anche noi e sappiamo che esistono procedure per evitare spiacevoli inconvenienti - aria condizionata super rumorosa che è impossibile da tenere la notte accesa se vuoi dormire Punti che non mi fanno dare il massimo del punteggio.
Ho soggiornato nella villa e ho voluto sottolineare che ho apprezzato molto la gentilezza e la disponibilità di Federica, che mi ha aiutato moltissimo a rendere perfetto il mio soggiorno.
We felt that the location and setting of the villa was excellent. The outside area and terrace was most certainly our favourite place to spend time. We had issues with ants indoors in the living room and the kitchen, even though we kept the areas, countertops, and floor clean and free of food. Also, we found the air-conditioning to be very loud, much louder than typical central air, split units, or any home or hotel we have been stayed before. The 3 star rating is really because of this air-conditioning noise, so much so we had to leave it off when we slept. Federica was a star and lovely, giving us many tips and places we could visit and eat. Please do take care of the air-conditioning unit and I would readily recommend this property to my friends.
