The villa is surrounded by similar houses, all with private pools.
The villa (120 sq.m) develops over two levels.
On the ground floor, we find the living room with French doors that open onto the terrace, dining room with table and chairs, kitchen area and sofa. The sleeping area consists of one double bedroom with king sized bed and en-suite bathroom with shower, one double bedroom with normal double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower and other one bedroom. There is another separate bathroom with shower that isn’t en-suite.
On the first floor, accessed from the outside only, we find one double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower and the outdoor terrace, covered and equipped with sun lounges, table and chairs and an unobstructed view of the beautiful sea.
Outside, we find more covered terraces (100 sq.m), equipped with comfortable furnishings, decked area around a private swimming pool (3x5m; 1.3m deep; open from March 1 – November 30). The pool area is also equipped with sun lounges and an outdoor shower.

Beautiful Villa with great garden and pool to relax. Thank you for the prompt action with the neighbors' noise - they went quiet afternoons 🙂 And thanks for the granita which was indeed excellent! We went back to buy some ourselves!! And some suggestions for the house: some plastic containers for the microwave and scissors would be handy! We hope the weather stays as nice as is - so more people can enjoy the place and the food and the views.

Christina’s property was exactly what we were hoping for in a holiday rental. A beautiful beach within walking distance, and all other conveniences within 15-20 min drive and it was fairly easy to get to Noto for dinners, etc within 30 minutes. The house was very comfortable and spacious for my wife, myself and our two children with each of us having our own large bedroom and bathroom for ourselves. The managing agent was always very responsive and resolved any issues quickly (for instance our washing machine had a problem and they arrived with a new machine the day after we mentioned it). The locale and its surroundings are beautiful, especially the sea and landscape views from the roof deck. We really enjoyed our stay!
