On the lower floor you will find one double bedroom with en-suite bathroom (with shower), one twin bedroom (with 2 single beds), one bathroom (with shower), a massage room and a laundry room.

On the raised ground floor you will find a large living area (with comfortable seating and fireplace), a well-equipped kitchen (with dining area). One double bedroom (with double bed) with walk-in closet, one bathroom (with shower) and one bathroom (with whirlpool bath).

From the living area on the ground floor, a staircase leads to the first floor (loft), where you will find another double bedroom and one bathroom (with bath).

The outside is composed of a large Mediterranean garden with a heated swimming pool (10.5 m x 4.5 m; depth 1.1 m – 1.6 m; open from 01/01 – 31/12; depuration salt; heated to maximum 26 degrees Celsius - heating of pool included in the price), a terrace (with dining table and chairs), a veranda, a sun terrace and an outdoor kitchen.
