The space

The 250 square metre villa develops over one level and consists of two buildings. The owners occasionally live in the adjacent house and are available to help if required. The villa and its outdoor area are for the exclusive use of the guests.

Main building:
In the main building we find the sleeping area with two double bedrooms (with double bed), one twin bedroom (with two single beds), a single bedroom (with single bed) and two bathrooms (with shower).

Second building:
In the second building we find a large room with a mezzanine level. The living area with a well-equipped kitchen/dining area (with table seating six) and a sitting room (with sofas and chairs, double sofa bed). We also find one double bedroom (with double bed) on the mezzanine level, a bathroom (with shower).

Outside, the villa has a private garden which features a swimming pool (4 m x 8 m; depth 1.6 m; salt water). In the outdoor living area, you will find a poolside sun terrace (with sun loungers), an outdoor kitchen, a barbecue, and a large, shaded terrace with a table (seating eight) and comfortable seating where guests can relax and eat outside.
