The space

Villa Miuccia (110 sqm) consists of a main villa which develops over one level, and an annex.

MAIN VILLA

The main villa consists of an open plan living room with a sitting area (with sofa), a dining area (with table and chairs) and a well-equipped kitchen area. In the sleeping area, you will find one double bedroom (with double bed) with ensuite bathroom (with shower), one double/twin bedroom (with two single beds) and one bathroom (with shower).

ANNEX

The detached ground floor annex consists of a large open plan room with a kitchenette, a sitting area (with sofa) and a double bed with ensuite bathroom (with shower).

Outside you will find a garden which features a saltwater swimming pool (6m x 12m; depth 1.2m; open from 1 April – 30 November), two shady dining areas, an outdoor lounge (with comfortable outdoor seating), barbecue and outdoor shower.
