Casa Trappe serves as an excellent base for exploring the region, including the villages of Marzamemi and Portopalo di Capo Passero, the Vendicari nature reserve, and the towns of Modica, Scicli, Ragusa, Noto, and Syracuse

Casa Trappe (160 sqm) develops over two levels.

FIRST FLOOR
The first floor offers a spacious living room with a fireplace, a dining area with a table for four, and a well-equipped kitchen area with all modern conveniences and small appliances. The sleeping area on this level includes one double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom (with shower), and one double/twin bedroom, which is usually set up as a double but can be converted into a twin with two single beds, along with an additional bathroom with a shower.

GROUND FLOOR (CLOSED OFF)
On the ground floor, there is a living room featuring a well-equipped kitchenette, a sofa, and a dining table for six. This level also includes two double bedrooms with double beds, two bathrooms with showers, a laundry room, and a veranda.

Outside you will find a large terrace with a dining area (with table seating four) and a lounge area (with a sofa, chairs, and a table), as well as a garden and private parking inside the property.
