The space

Villa Eremoro (190 sqm) consists of a main house which develops over two levels, and an annex.

MAIN HOUSE (sleeps 4)

The ground floor houses a bright living area with armchairs, a coffee table, and a dining table. The living room directly overlooks a veranda with a second dining table. The separate kitchen is well-equipped with an oven, dishwasher, microwave, and kettle. This floor also includes two double bedrooms with comfortable double beds and two bathrooms, one with a shower and one with a tub.

On the upper floor, there is a terrace with a sea view and a reading corner furnished with a sofa.

ANNEX (sleeps 2)

The annex, with its own independent access, houses the third bedroom, furnished with a double bed, and a bathroom with a shower.

Outside, you will find a large terrace with shady outdoor dining and relaxation areas and a private swimming pool measuring 14 x 3 m (open from 16 May to 30 September) with a sunbathing area. Parking is available outside the property (chargeable by the hour) for guest that arrive by car.
