The space

The house is located on a farming estate that has its own natural pond and produces olive oil and grains. This provides guests with the unique opportunity to observe the workings of a traditional Tuscan farm right on their doorstep.

The villa offers a magnificent view of the vineyards and olive groves of Montepulciano. The farmhouse has been beautifully restored by the owners, who have furnished it with traditional antiques combined with refined modern furnishings. The living quarters are on two floors and there is plenty of space, both indoors and out, for guests to take advantage of Tuscany in all seasons.

On the ground floor, we find the living room, kitchen and dining room from where you can access the outdoor area. The sleeping rooms consist of two suites each with king size bed, living room and bathroom with bathtubs and handheld shower.

Internal stairs take us to the first floor where we find a library room; from there we can access four double bedrooms with king size beds and en-suite bathrooms with shower.

Extra beds can be added in the bedrooms when capacity is above 12.

There is a large garden with olive and cypress trees, flowering shrubs, and aromatic herbs.
Guests can enjoy this marvellous garden while eating outdoors under the pergola of wisteria vines, taking in the sun by the swimming pool (16m x 8m, 1.4m deep; open from May 15 to September 30) equipped with hydro-massage jets or simply stretched out on the soft grass that surrounds the entire farmhouse. There is also an outdoor shower next to the pool and BBQ.

On request a cook is available to prepare sumptuous meals for guests and the wine cellar contains a selection of the finest wines of Montepulciano. Should you wish to have breakfast in the communal dining room this is on request and against payment.

Within a short distance there is a well equipped sports facility that includes two tennis courts and a small soccer field. In addition, there is an Olympic size swimming pool 300 metres (less than a quarter of a mile) away.
