The space

The main building sleeps 23 persons and is divided into 6 apartments.

First apartment: 70m2 (4 people) is located on the ground floor and is composed of a living/dining area with kitchenette, two bedrooms: one master double room with en-suite bathroom, and one twin room with walk-in shower (suitable for wheelchair users). There is no internal steps.

Second apartment: 65m2 (5 people) is on the first floor and is composed of a double room with en-suite shower, another double room and a single room with shower room. There is also a living/dining room with kitchenette and a roof terrace of 30m2 providing panoramic views of the countryside.

Third apartment: 72m2 (4 people): first floor featuring two double rooms with en-suite shower, a living/dining area with kitchenette.

Fourth apartment: 70m2 (3 people): first floor featuring two bedrooms one double and one single room both with shower rooms, a living/dining and kitchen area.

Fifth apartment: 65m2 (3 people): ground floor featuring two bedrooms one double and one single and a bathroom with shower unit, a living/dining and kitchen area.

Sixth apartment: 55m2 (4 people): ground floor featuring two double rooms with own en-suite shower each, a living/dining and kitchen area.

The annex is in front of the main building and is for 6 people and is divided into two apartments.

First apartment: 65m2 (3 people) on the ground floor with one double room with private bathroom (shower unit), a single room with shower room, a small living/dining and kitchen area.

Second apartment: 65m2 (3 people) on the first floor with one double room with private bathroom (shower unit), a single room with shower room, a small living/dining and kitchen area.

The outdoor are is composed of an irregular shaped swimming pool (8m x 15m and depth 1.50m) with jacuzzi area (70cm deep), with sun loungers around a BBQ area and a covered terrace area with outdoor games and extra tables and a well maintained garden (2000m2).

There is another outbuilding where you will find a spacious kitchen with double electric oven, a dishwasher, microwave oven, American fridge/freezer, dining table and chairs for 16 people and a separate toilet. The house is 530m2 and garden 2000m2.

Facilities: air conditioning in all suites, ovens, microwaves, washing machine, dishwasher, fridges/freezers, parking space, swimming pool, Jacuzzi, outdoor BBQ. Small pets on request with a supplement.
