The space

Located in an ancient hamlet among the rolling hills of Tuscany, Villa Vincenza is a charming villa with a private swimming pool and country views. Ideal for group holidays and events, you will be just minutes driving distance from shops, restaurants, and other amenities, and within easy reach of San Gimignano, Pisa, Lucca, Florence, Siena, and many more Tuscan art cities. Other nearby attractions include San Miniato (famous for truffles) and Lajatico, where Andrea Bocelli performs every summer at the Teatro del Silenzio.

Villa Vincenza (525 sqm) consists of a main villa which develops over two levels and a guest house which develops over one level.

PLEASE NOTE: The guest house and one of the bedrooms in the main house will be closed off when the villa is booked with the lower occupancy price.

MAIN VILLA (sleeps 18 + 2 CHILDREN UNDER 12)

On the ground floor you will find a living room (with sofas and direct access to two outside terraces), a dining room, a sitting area (with sofas and TV), and an office area (with a desk and a printer). There is a well-equipped kitchen (with breakfast table and access to an outdoor dining area), a laundry room, two double/twin bedrooms (with double beds convertible to two singles) with ensuite bathrooms (with shower) and private outside terrace (suitable for disabled guests).

Outside (a few steps from the villa) there is another double bedroom (with double bed) with ensuite bathroom (with shower), and you will also find fitness room next to the villa and a wine cellar.

On the first floor, you will find six double/twin bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms:

- Master bedroom (with double bed convertible to two singles) with ensuite bathroom (with shower) and sitting area (with desk and
satellite TV); an additional bed (for children under 12 years old) is available at extra cost.

There is a large garden outside, with a private pool with hydro massage (14m x 6.5m; depth 1.4m; open 1 May – 30 September) and a sun terrace (with sun loungers), four gazebos - two for alfresco dining and two for relaxing and enjoying the views.

The guesthouse is within walking distance of the villa. It consists of one double/twin bedroom (with two single beds) with ensuite bathroom (with shower), a kitchen/dining room and a living room.

Outside you will find a private terrace facing the garden, a shady gazebo (with built-in barbecue) for Al Fresco dining and the main villa offers a private swimming pool (open from 01st May to 30th Sept - may vary depending on weather condition) with a sun terrace (with sun loungers), as well as a wine cellar and fitness room.
