Vista Lago
Vista Lago is a picturesque, excellently restored villa with private landing stage, manicured lawns and a view that only a few houses have to offer. The property is of high quality with nicely furnished rooms and every comfort. It is situated near Orta S.Giulio (1.5km) where you will find a wide range of shops and good restaurants.
Behind the house there is the main road bordering Lake Orta, while a green lawn with views of S. Giulio Island extends from the villa to the lake.
From the villa, direct access to the lake shore for swimming. A sailing/boat club is close to the villa where you can hire boats or have your own boat brought into the water and anchored. The views are incredible with a backdrop of snow-capped mountains, the S.Giulio Island and the blue lake with white sailing boats.
A parking space is available, the owner has bought a garage in the centre of Orta San Giulio which is available to guests when they want to go shopping there.The villa can accommodate a fifth person as long as it is a child under 6 years of age. In this case the extra bed will be added downstairs.
